MCM and Fiber Optics

MCM has collaborated with some of the largest suppliers of fiber optics equipment to validate the incorporation of fiber optics connections in the full range of the MCM Bases. Therefore, you will find a specific identifier for fiber optics connections in the Selection table. At the Optical Fiber (FTTH) section, we present a diagram of a typical deployment of fiber optics to the home (FTTH) for a group of 96 residences, [Pd11d_FTTH-SAD-Layout-v0.pdf]. In addition, you will find an example of the integration of a cellular antenna to a decorative lamp post on an MCM Base. The MCM base incorporates all elements required to operate the antenna which is part of a Distributed Antenna System (DAS) for 3G or 4G cellular networks powered by fiber optics. Note that MCM does not supply the components for cellular antennas.
