Installation instructions

Step 1 - Excavate

Step 2 - Lower sub-base in place

Excavate to the required depth (approx. 72'') and build-up a foundation of 150 mm (6 in.) thick of aggregates.

Lower the sub-base onto the compacted foundation. Align the internal cross of the sub-base parallel to the street with the pictograms correctly positioned: Energy - house side / Telecommunications - street side.

Step 3 - Maintain sub-base to level

Step 4 - Install required elbows

Maintain the sub-base in a level position while compacting 0–¾'' aggregates in 8-inch layers to the ''Top of aggregates'' position.

The final grade level of the sub-base must be planned so it is 76 mm (3 in.) above the grass or the finished surface.

Install the various elbows required to suit the applicable networks.

Step 5 - Stabilize with concrete

Step 6 - Cut elbows

Create a 48'' round form surrounding the sub-base and fill with liquid concrete (1.0 MPa) to the designated line.

Once the concrete has cured, cut the elbows to the specified height.

Step 7 - Position cabinet

Step 8 - Level cabinet

Position the MCM Cabinet™ and lower it onto the threaded rods.

Level the cabinet using the provided bolting system.

Step 9 - Fasten cabinet

Step 10 - Install bumpers

Securely fasten the cabinet to the sub-base.

Install the bumpers.
